Horseback Riding Lessons
Jillian offers year-round lessons for riders of all levels. Whether you’re just getting started or looking to refine your skills, lessons focus on both groundwork and riding to build well-rounded horsemanship.
Lessons are held on-site and offered on a variety of horses — from safe, dependable mounts perfect for beginners to quality performance horses suited for more advanced riders. New riders are always welcome!
Rates:
• Beginner lesson: $60
• Intermediate-Advanced lesson: $70
• Private lesson: $80
Lesson Packages:
Monthly lesson packages are available for riders looking to reserve a consistent schedule. Packages offer discounted rates for booking in advance and are a great way to stay on track with your riding goals. Please inquire for current availability and package pricing.
Horse Leasing
Enjoy the experience of owning a horse—without the full expense.
Leasing a horse is a wonderful opportunity for riders to deepen their connection with a horse while gaining more flexibility and saddle time. It allows you to ride consistently, build a bond, and take your horsemanship to the next level.
At JEM Equestrian, we offer both half and full leases to suit each rider’s goals and schedule.
- Half Lease: Includes two lessons per week, one hack ride, and half of the horse’s monthly care cost.
- Full Lease: Includes three lessons per week and one hack ride each week.
Lease pricing varies depending on each horse’s individual care and training needs.
Hack rides may be used however you wish—whether riding, grooming, or simply spending time bonding with your horse. However, all leased horses must remain on the property.
Leasing is an excellent option for riders looking to focus on one particular horse, especially for those interested in showing. Lease clients receive priority for show entries and lesson scheduling on their leased horse.
