Horseback Riding Lessons
Jillian offers lessons year-round. Please inquire about current availability.
Lessons include both times on the ground and in the saddle, teaching horsemanship skills at every level.
Lessons are offered on-site on a variety of horses ranging from very safe horses that are easy for beginners to performance horses suitable for advanced riders. New riders are welcome!
Regular rates are:
One hour lesson on a stable horse: $55 for beginner, $65 for intermediate-advanced, $75 for private.
Trailer-in fee (trailer-in clients only permitted for lessons): $15
Lesson Packages are also offered if you would like to book lessons for the whole month. These are the most popular as the lessons are discounted for booking in advance.
Package rates are:
Beginner 1x/week: $210-$265
Beginner 2x/week: $430-$485
Intermediate-advanced 1x/week: $250-$315
Intermediate-advanced 2x/week: $510-$575
***Lesson package prices to vary depending on how many weeks are in the month. For example, if a rider has lessons every Tuesday, one month may have 4 Tuesdays and other months may have 5.

Horse Leasing
GET THE EXPERIENCE OF OWNING A HORSE WITHOUT THE EXPENSE.
Leasing a horse is an awesome opportunity for any horse lover to have! It gives you the freedom to choose how you spend your rides and allows you to build a bond with your horse. We welcome any and all disciplines and trainers!
At JEM Equestrian, we only offer half leases due to our horses still being used in our lesson program. Half lease prices include 2 lessons a week, one hack ride and what the horse costs in half for each month. The lease price varies as each and every horse needs different needs every month to take care of and keep in top shape.
Hack rides may be spent doing whatever one chooses, whether that is riding or just simply spending time with the horse, however, one may not leave property with said horse.
Leasing is a great option for those riders who have a desire to show strictly on a certain horse. With leasing said horse, the rider gets first dibs on shows and lesson times on that horse. We work around your schedule and our lesson program will not interfere with your time with your leased horse.
